The vision
EIS is a consulting agency, training provider, and community of practice dedicated to entrepreneurs, managers and professionals evolving among various organizations and companies active in Luxembourg. Our approach focuses on the concrete mastery of skills and their immediate application in participants’ professional contexts. EIS embodies a vision of continuous support—free from sectoral barriers and jargon—for all local entrepreneurs and managers, whether they are launching, managing, growing a business (particularly a small- or medium-sized one) or leading teams and projects from the inside. It is also a space for dialogue on entrepreneurship in all its forms and realities, where private and public expertise converge.

Our Values
The EIS – Entrepreneurs Inspiring Success project develops the entrepreneurial and managerial potential of individuals in Luxembourg.
It addresses four key challenges: the persistent isolation of independent professionals, unequal access to quality entrepreneurial education, the low visibility of small businesses in Luxembourg, and, the burden of entrepreneurial failure.
Our mission: to make entrepreneurship more accessible and strengthen the sustainability of small businesses, especially in their early years. In short, to foster a vibrant and inclusive local economy.

About the founder
For over 15 years, Guylaine has supported entrepreneurs and professionals within Luxembourg’s ecosystem. Her career spans assistance to business starters, SMEs, and startups, executive and entrepreneurial coaching, regulatory consulting, and networking among Luxembourgish stakeholders involved in business support.
With degrees in business administration, communication, and AI ethics, she leverages her expertise to help individuals clarify their ideas, structure their projects, and move forward with confidence.
Driven by a commitment to making practical knowledge more accessible and reducing the isolation faced by many entrepreneurs, she founded EIS to create a space where learning, support, and tangible progress intersect.
