About us

The vision of EIS in Luxembourg

EIS is a community of practice dedicated to local entrepreneurs and their teams, as well as business support professionals. Our training approach focuses on the tangible acquisition of skills and their immediate application in the participants' professional environments. EIS embodies the vision of ongoing, hands-on support — free of sector barriers and jargon — for all local entrepreneurs who are launching, managing, growing, or transferring a business, as well as those leading teams and projects from within as intrapreneurs. It is also a space for dialogue on entrepreneurship, its various faces, and its realities, where private and public expertise meet.

Our Values

EIS supports the entrepreneurial and leadership potential of individuals in Luxembourg.

It addresses four key challenges: the persistent isolation of independent professionals, unequal access to quality entrepreneurial education, the low visibility of (very) small businesses in Luxembourg, including those from underrepresented communities (creative industries, social businesses…), and, the burden of entrepreneurial failure.

Our mission: to make entrepreneurship more accessible and strengthen the sustainability of small businesses, especially in their early years. In short, to foster a vibrant and inclusive local economy.

  • Pragmatism: practical, actionable content.
  • Solidarity: progressing together, without isolation.
  • Local Impact: supporting human-scale businesses across the region.
  • Knowledge sharing: disseminating field-tested expertise, accessible to all.
