with our self-assessments

WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?

We offer several self-assessments designed for freelancers, creatives, small business owners (SMEs of 1 to 50 people) and salaried managers.

In just 5 to 10 minutes, you will get a clearer view of how structured your business is, how clear your offer is, whether your use of AI is responsible, and how shaped is your leadership.

Pick a test, read the statements, and select the answer that fits you best. Your score is calculated automatically and a suggested diagnostic is generated and sent to you via e-mail.

It is only indicative, but it helps you spot strengths, risks, and the next steps to take. From there, you can book 1:1 support, join hands-on training, connect with experts via the EIS Collective, or explore our free resources.

A question? A doubt? hello@eislux.lu

HOW IT WORKS : choose just one answer per question.

  • Yes = 2 points
  • Partially = 1 point
  • No = 0 point

EIS calculates your score at the end to help you interpret your results.
