Art. 4 – Integrated Virtual Assistant “La Boussole”

4.1 Nature of the Service

The assistant provides general responses for creators in Luxembourg, based on generative AI.

Despite the greatest care taken in updating the related document database, the responses do not under any circumstances constitute:

  • legal advice,
  • personalised advice,
  • an official position of EIS Luxembourg S.à r.l.,
  • a basis for decision-making for the user.

4.2 Disclaimer of Liability Related to the Use of the Chatbot

The responses generated by the virtual assistant are based on an automated request analysis system and generative artificial intelligence. They are provided for strictly informational and general purposes and are limited to the subject of business creation in Luxembourg.

EIS Luxembourg S.à r.l. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information generated by the assistant, which may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions or approximations inherent in generative artificial intelligence technologies.

Accordingly, EIS Luxembourg S.à r.l. declines all liability:

  • in the event of an error, inaccuracy or omission in the generated responses;
  • in the event of misinterpretation of the information provided by the user;
  • in the event of a decision, action or omission based, directly or indirectly, on information from the assistant, by the user.

The responses generated do not under any circumstances constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial or personalised advice. They do not replace the opinion of a qualified professional.

The User remains solely responsible, in all circumstances, for verifying the information obtained and its compliance with the legislation applicable to their specific situation. Where appropriate, it is their responsibility to seek the advice of a competent professional before making any decision.

EIS Luxembourg S.à r.l. shall under no circumstances and for no reason be held liable for the direct or indirect consequences resulting from the use of the chatbot by users of the website.

4.3 Data, Technology and Maintenance – Virtual Assistant

  • No personal data is collected via the chat, and an anonymisation system is in place in the event that a data item considered personal is detected.
  • The assistant is based on a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture, with enrichment through natural language processing (NLP).
  • The technical infrastructure is based on the n8n solution, whose servers are located within the European Union.

Any technical issue related to the chatbot can be reported via hello@eislux.lu with the date, time of the session, an explanation of the bug encountered, and if possible, a screenshot showing the error message or the problem encountered.
