Through the DISC method, you will identify your behavioural profile and learn to recognise those of your clients, colleagues, and partners. The objective is practical: improve collaboration, avoid unnecessary tension, and strengthen your commercial impact by adapting your message. A personalised DISC assessment is completed in advance, and your individual report is delivered during the main session. Designed for business creators and buyers, managers, independent professionals, and small business owners in Luxembourg, this training provides a structured framework to collaborate more effectively and perform at a higher level.
