Taking on a leadership role
in a small or medium-sized organization

A practical training programme designed to help you step into — or strengthen — a leadership role within a small or medium-sized organisation. Through a DISC behavioural assessment, practical frameworks, and applied exercises, you will develop a strategic mindset, learn to set realistic objectives, and improve the way you communicate with your teams and partners. The programme also helps you structure your decision-making, identify the key performance indicators needed to guide your actions, and recognise repetitive tasks that could be streamlined with AI tools. In-company or inter-company training, also offered in English on-demand. Designed for employees transitioning into management roles, newly appointed managers, assistants or project managers looking to expand their responsibilities, as well as leaders of small and medium-sized businesses or project initiators involved in the strategic, financial, or HR management of a company.

A hands-on training to understand founder profiles, conduct an effective initial meeting, and guide participants through the key steps of starting a business in Luxembourg. A practical training programme combining individual assessment, structured frameworks, and group work to strengthen your posture as a manager or right-hand to a business leader. You will develop practical reflexes to structure your decisions, manage your activity effectively, and communicate clearly with your teams and partners. The goal: leave with a clear understanding of your role and practical tools you can immediately apply in your professional day-to-day.
